Privacy statement

This site belongs to Judi Godvliet from Rotterdam. Here you can read which details the site uses and what I do with them. Questions? Email jgodvliet@gmail.com.

The contact form

If you fill in the form, I only use your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message to reply to your enquiry. When you press Send, your message goes as an email to my Gmail account, through the web server of TransIP. TransIP hosts this site. The form does not store your message on the server.

Visitor statistics

I use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, for how long, and how they found the site. I set it up the way the Dutch Data Protection Authority advises, with a data processing agreement with Google. Data sharing with Google is off. So are Google signals and ad personalisation. Google Analytics places cookies on your device for this and keeps the data about your visit for two months. Does your browser send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal? Then Google Analytics does not load. There are no ads and no tracking pixels.

What your browser remembers

If you turn Motion off or on, your browser remembers that choice. It stays on your own device.

Music and video from others

If you play an album, the SoundCloud player loads. If you choose a film hosted on YouTube, YouTube loads in its privacy-enhanced mode. Only then do those services receive data from your browser, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask me which details I hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. Just send an email. If you disagree with how I handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
